Core components
The service depends on the web frontend, API backend, worker queue, PostgreSQL, Redis and object storage. A problem in any one of those layers can affect uploads, job completion, billing state or downloads.
Current public status model
Favicore currently exposes a service status page for transparency, but not a full public uptime dashboard with external probes and historical SLA charts. That can be added later once dedicated monitoring infrastructure is in place.
How to report an incident
Include your account email, affected endpoint or page, approximate time, job id if available and the failing format pair. Send that to support@favicore.com. This reduces support loops and makes incident triage materially faster.
Recommended customer behavior
If a production workflow is critical, monitor your own integration as well. Do not assume a conversion platform is healthy purely because the landing page loads; watch API responses, queue time and download completion in your own automation.
