What we collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, plan tier, subscription state, API key metadata, login sessions and usage records required to operate the service.

Uploaded files

Source and converted files are stored in object storage to process your jobs and deliver downloads. We do not store uploads on the VPS host filesystem.

Retention

Free accounts have shorter retention windows than paid accounts. Expired or unverified pending accounts are cleaned automatically. Internal logs and billing records may remain longer for fraud prevention and accounting.

Security

Access is protected with session tokens, API key hashing, email verification, CAPTCHA on sensitive flows and backend-only storage/download control. Payment providers are isolated behind backend-managed checkout flows.
